About Us
Hi! My name is Callum Macneil, owner & proprietor of PBD Bakery & Confections, NSCC Baking & Pastry Arts graduate, and the guy who made this website!
Based in Trenton, NS, we serve clients from around the province with professionally made goods, from HRM to Antigonish county. In addition to our primary online order storefront, we also make appearances at special events and local markets, such as the one in this picture in Trenton!
This all first started as just me selling truffles to my classmates in high school, but in time became a fully fledged operation. Pale Blue Dot Bakery takes its name from the iconic space photograph as a way of honoring our upbringing: We’re small in the grand scheme of things, but we give our all to make every bite feel like a taste of home- wherever you’re from.

We deliver to anywhere in the Antigonish, Pictou, and Colchester counties! For anywhere else within NS- such as Halifax Regional Municipality- we ask that you inquire with us directly regarding our special order service.
Yes! At PBD Bakery, we’re always trying out new items to potentially add to our growing menu. If there is something you’d like to order that isn’t already on there, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can arrange a special order.
Yes, please contact us directly regarding any orders for nonstandard item quantities.
Unfortunately at this time we do not carry anything gluten or lactose free on our menu. We’re always testing out new items, however, so there’s always the possible we start offering them in future!
